laufenMal nix zum Thema radfahren!

Noch genau ein Woche bis zum Vienna City Marathon! Also man könnte langsam Anfange den Alkohol und Zigaretten-Konsum einzustellenn, die Füße mit Hirschtalg einzuschmieren und nervös zu werden. Schließlich wird es unser letzter Marathon (unser letzter Wettkampf überhaupt) für mindestens ein Jahr sein.

Die letzten Trainingseinheiten sind gut gelaufen. Am Mittwoch waren  nochmal 15km im geplanten Marathon Tempo (4:05-4:10/km) angesagt, die ich recht problemlos runter gespult hab (wenn auch der Puls wegen des heißen Wetters ziemlich hoch war). Also bleibt nur noch zu hoffen, dass es nächsten Sonntag nicht all zu heiß wird und der Marathon ohne allzu großen Schmerzen in sagen wir mal in knapp unter 3 Stunden vorüber geht.
