Über Ternitz nach Gloggnitz und weiter nach Schottwien auf den Semmering: Die Weltreise mit dem Fahrrad beginnt zunächst mit einer Schulung in heimischer Geographie. Trotz raffinierter Routenplanung bleiben uns einige Pässe nicht erspart, die die Reise schon jetzt zu einer einzigartigen Erfahrung machen. Am Semmering zeigt das GPS exakt 1000 müM an. Immerhin, harte Pässe sind fair, es geht danach immer bergab. Im Gegensatz zum Wind, der nach Belieben ein- und aussetzt. Ansonsten hatten wir noch mit Regen zu kämpfen, das war es aber auch schon mit den Widrigkeiten. Die erste von 52 Wochen verläuft auf jeden Fall so, dass man mehr will. Anbei einige Impressionen.
