Das Personal vom Bürowarengeschäft berät, wo es in der Umgebung einen Schlafplatz für uns geben könnte? Erstmal trinken wir zusammen Cay. Radfahrer-Frühstück auf einer Parkbank im Schatten – schon wird von irgendwo her Tee serviert. Oder zur Verkürzung der Wartezeit beim Zahnarzt (aber dazu mehr von Christoph) – immer ist eine Tasse Tee zur Hand. So kommen wir auf jeweils etwa 4-5 Tassen pro Tag – übrigens landesweit einheitlich im kleinen tulpenförmigen Glas mit rot gemusterter Untertasse und zwei Stück Würfelzucker. Gestern haben wir am Abend bei Kafkas Pastanesi auf eine Portion Baklava vorbeigeschaut – den Tee dazu ordert der Wirt über ein eigens an der Außenwand installiertes Gegensprechanlage vom Kaffehaus gegenüber: „Bir Cay Lütfen“.
